Panasonic India announced its new Android Smartphone, Panasonic P51 in India for ₹ 26,900. The Panasonic P51 has 5-inch IPS HD Display with 1280 x 720 pixels, 1.2 GHz Quad Core Mediatek processor, 8 MP camera and 1.3 MP front camera. The phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The phone comes with 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB Internal Storage and it supports MicroSD card up to 32 GB. To keep the Indian audience in their mind, Panasonic P51 comes with Dual SIM support. The Phone sport 8 MP camera with Auto focus with Flash and 1.3 MP front camera with 720p video recording support.

The phone comes with some pre installed application like Open Office app to edit and create office documents, Cam scanner app that lets you scan documents, receipts, notes and business card, Cam Card app recognizes business card and saves contact information directly in your address book.

The phone also comes bundled with a magnetic flip cover and stylus. This phone will be available across national retail chain stores, multi-brand outlets and distributors across India from May onwards.
