LG has officially announced Optimus Vu ahead of Mobile World Congress. LG Optimus Vu has 5-inch IPS display with 4:3 aspect ratio, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 8 MP rear camera with 1080p HD video recording and 1.3 MP front facing camera for video call. The phone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will soon be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The 8.5mm thick phone comes with LTE network,HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface), DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) support.
