    I used to work with Logmein which is a very reliable product and gained great reputation. But recently I found out a perfect alternative to all expensive tools. Techinline is also featured as Logmein, has all necessary functions and is much cheaper.

  2. Techinline is a nice hosted solution. You may want to consider a completely different approach, appliance-based remote support such as RHUB.
