Microsoft allow the user to test their new product by releasing their beta product. After the Windows 7 RC1,RC2 and RTM versions, now this time Microsoft curtain up with Microsoft Office 2010.
Microsoft release the first public beta of Microsoft Office 2010 (v.14.0.4536.1000) is now available for download on both MSDN and TechNet.
While testing Microsoft Office 2010, I came across some great new features. Here is quick visual guide of new features of Microsoft Office 2010 that you likely to know when you will using the software.
1. Built-in PDF Writer
Kick out your all PDF writer tools, Microsoft include a built-in PDF writer to their all Office 2010 programs. Now need to PDF writer tools. You can also save this document in XPS format also.
2. Screenshot
The tool will automatically take screenshot of all open application on your desktop and later you can insert into your presentation.
3. Office on Cloud
Microsoft provide you to fascinate that you can save your document on Windows Live Skydive account and access them from any other computer.
Skydive provides 25GB of free online space.
4. Embed YouTube Videos in your Presentation
With Office 2010, You can embed your favorite YouTube Video into your PowerPoint presentation. Just Copy paste the code anywhere on the slide.
5. PowerPoint as a Video Editing Tool
PowerPoint 2010 now include some very power video editing features. So If you want to trim some part of video clip before inserting into presentation.
It also convert your slides into video file that you may share on internet. It happen in background.
6. Broadcast yourself with PowerPoint
Microsoft Engineer really work hard, now he come with very interesting new feature “Broadcast Slideshow”. You can broadcast your presentation live over the Web within PowerPoint and anyone in the world see your work using a web browser. Heads off to Microsoft Engineers.

Yes, go ahead and puchase MS Office 2010. Office 2010 have many advanced features that office 2007 lack. There is no sense to puchase office 2007.
