Install ThunderShed CM7 ROM on HTC Thunderbolt

Android Developer Workshed developed ThunderShed ROM for HTC Thunderbolt. Thundershed is a Unofficial custom CM7.2 ROM based on Android 2.3.7.

Features of Thundershed ROM:

• Galaxy Nexus Boot animation
• Roboto Font
• GoLauncher Ex Preinstalled
• ICS Theme
• ICS Launcher theme
• CPU Clocked @ 1017max

Prepare your Phone:

• Make Sure you’ve rooted your phone with ClockWorkMod Recovery installed
• Backup all your data

Downloads:

• Download ROM
• Download Thundershed

Installation Instructions:

• Download the ROM and gpps-thundershed-gb-2011828-signed to your PC
• Connect Phone to PC via USB Cable and transfer gapps-thundershed-gb-20110828-signed.zip to your SDcard.
• Reboot into recovery
• Once you’re in Recovery, Scroll down using Volume key and select Wipe Data/Factory reset using Power button
• Select Yes and wait to complete the wipe
• Select Wipe Cache partition and select Yes –Wipe Cache. wait for wipe to complete
• Select Wipe Dalvik Cache and then press Yes – Wipe Dalvik, wait for wipe to complete
• Go back to Main Menu and select ‘Install zip from SDcard’.
• Next, select ‘Choose zip from SDcard’ and Navigate to ‘gapps-thundershed-gb-20110828-signed.zip’ file.
• Wait for the Installation to Complete
• Once the Installation is done, Select ‘Reboot System’ to reboot your phone
• Kudos you’ve done it.

How to Apply ICS Theme:

• Go into your app drawer and run ‘Ice Cream San‘ then ‘apply theme‘ to apply launcher theme
• Then run ‘Theme Chooser‘ and select ‘ICS‘ ignore the ‘missing assets‘ error and apply anyway
• Reboot phone
