Play Counter-Strike via Wi-Fi

Counter- Strike World Most Popular Multiplayer Game, especially in College. Many College organize the Event on Counter-Strike. In College they play Counter-Strike on LAN, they setup the networking and connect PC all together.

What happen If we have to do practice for Counter- Strike but we have don’t have the LAN. Don’t Worry I resolve this problem, if you have Wi-Fi in your PC/Laptop then you can also play Counter-Strike without LAN.

Step 1. First give the unique Static IP to every Laptop.

Step 2. Now Go to Control Panel>Network and Internet>Manage Wireless Networks. The Following window is open.

Step 3. Click on Add button. The following window is open.

Step 4. Click on Create an ad hoc network then click Next,

Step 5. Enter any Network name, choose your Security Type and then click Next.

NOTE: If you want to enable you Security, then choose WEP otherwise click on “No authentication (open)”.

Step 6. Close the Window, and You are done.

Step 7. Now tell you friend to Start Wi-Fi, find your network and click connect.

Step 8. Start Counter-Strike, Create Server and start the Game.

Step 9. Tell your friend to start the Counter-Strike, click on Find Server and connect it.
